Miller was no expecting anything from BP, so there was not a reason to get excited about the letter until she opened it and read it.

The Abbeville Police Department investigated a single-vehicle crash on LA Hwy. 338 where a stolen vehicle went off the roadway causing the vehicle to overturn. The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 14. A juvenile passenger in the vehicle was found at the scene and transported to a Lafayette hospital.

Five Vermilion Parish Schools make A grade

Vermilion Parish has five schools that had a school performance grade of A.
Three of the five schools were elementary schools, and the other two were high schools.
