From Monday, August 4, 2014 to Tuesday, August 29, 2014 the Vermilion Parish Library will be conducting an online survey to find out how our patrons use the library’s computers and Internet connection and how this service has made a positive impact on their lives.

The Abbeville Rotary Club invites Mayor Mark Piazza each year to offer a “State of the City” address. Piazza, who was recently sworn in as mayor for a fourth term, accepted the annual invitation Wednesday, telling members there are plenty of positives in the city.
