Florabelle Simon Guidry

ABBEVILLE — Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Florabelle Simon Guidry, 90, who died Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Vermilion Health Care Center. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon William “Billy” Vincent officiating the services.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Guidry of Abbeville; four sons, Hubert Guidry, Jr., Patrick L. Guidry and his wife Sue, Robert Guidry and his wife Trudy, and Darren Guidry and his wife Tara all of Abbeville; nine grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Guidry, Sr.; parents, Leo Simon and the former Lawrence Boudreaux; brother, Clarence Simon; sister, Ellmay Simon; daughter-in-law, Marlene Guidry; granddaughter, Kristie Marceaux; and great grandson, Camden Guidry.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 9:30 AM until time of services.
