Timothy Joseph Touchet

Timothy Joseph Touchet, a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather, and dear friend to many, passed away peacefully Tuesday June 6, 2023 at Maison du Monde in Abbeville. At his passing he was 82.
Timothy was born December 3, 1940 in Abbeville to the late Preston Joseph Touchet and the late Edia Soirez Touchet, the eldest of two sons. He was raised in Delcambre where he graduated from Delcambre High School in 1958. It was there he made his home, married the love of his life, and raised his family.

ABBEVILLE — Funeral Services for Mr. Jacob Bud Floyd, 42, will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 3 p.m. with Pastor Moak officiating. Burial will follow at LeBlanc Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 11 a.m. until time of services.

LAFAYETTE – A Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM in St. Mary Mother of the Church Catholic Church for Douglas A. “Buddy” Moody Sr., age 95, who passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his family members, on Saturday, May 27, 2023. Reverend Cedric Sonnier, Pastor of St. Mary Mother of the Church Catholic Church in Lafayette, will officiate the services, and Reverend Kenneth Domingue, Pastor of St. John Berchmans Catholic Church in Cankton, will be the Homilist and con-celebrate the Funeral Mass.
