ABBEVILLE — A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of John Flemon Gaspard, 79, who died Monday, October 2, 2017 at Abbeville General Hospital.
DELCAMBRE – A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Mr. Lester John Comeaux, age 76, at 11:00 am Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Fr. Buddy Breaux officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday with a Rosary at 6:30 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Thursday until service time.
A native and resident of Delcambre, Mr. Comeaux passed away at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at his residence.

ABBEVILLE — A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at an 11:00 AM on Monday, October 2, 2017 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Mary Jane Richard Neveaux, 84, who died Friday, September 29, 2017 at her residence.
ABBEVILLE – Funeral services for Lillie Bell is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 30, 2017 in the chapel of Kinchen Funeral Home – 218 N. St. Valerie Street – Abbeville, LA with burial in Society Cemetery on Society Street. Bishop Alvin Shelvin will officiate the service.
Lillie Bell was born to Mary Cade Bell & Daniel Bell on January 1, 1932. She was called home to be with our Lord on September 18, 2017.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 9:00 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Abbeville; honoring the life of Wilda Faulk Hebert, 95, who died Thursday, September 28, 2017 at her home in Meaux.
A private burial will be held at a later date. Wilda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She loved to cook for her extended family and gathered them on Sundays for a family meal and visit. She liked nothing better than to be surrounded by her family; which she did until her death.
